M\u00e5nga ekonomer vurmar f\u00f6r skatten och nu presenteras flera olika f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 en fastighetsskatt som \u00e4ven skulle inkludera bostadsr\u00e4tter, d\u00e4ribland\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/eso.expertgrupp.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/2019_3-Skillnad-p%C3%A5-marginalen.pdf\">Expertgruppen f\u00f6r studier i offentlig ekonomi,<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.finanspolitiskaradet.se\/download\/18.45182a5f16a84e95fac68069\/1560259031361\/Friare%20hyress%C3%A4ttning%20och%20likformig%20bostadsbeskattning.pdf\">Finanspolitiska r\u00e5det\u00a0<\/a>och\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kommunal.se\/sites\/default\/files\/skattevaxlingforvalfarden.pdf\">Kommunal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men m\u00e5nga \u00e4r kritiska.<\/strong> Enligt <a href=\"https:\/\/skattebetalarna.se\/kampanj\/fastighetsskatten\/\">Skattebetalarnas f\u00f6rening <\/a>skulle ett\u00a0vanligt sm\u00e5hus\u00a0i Sverige (f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningspris 3 miljoner kronor) med de olika f\u00f6rslagen f\u00e5 en \u00e5rlig fastighetsskatt i intervallet 11 000 till 27 400 kronor.<br \/>\nAtt j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra med dagens h\u00f6gsta fastighetsavgift p\u00e5 8 349 kronor. Motsvarande f\u00f6r\u00a0en vanlig tv\u00e5rumsl\u00e4genhet\u00a0(2,3 miljoner kronor) skulle bli en fastighetsskatt p\u00e5 mellan 5 300 till 20 500 kronor, att j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra med dagens maxbelopp p\u00e5 1 429 kronor per l\u00e4genhet. Det \u00e4r ett faktum att inga pension\u00e4rer, snickare, handelsanst\u00e4llda, undersk\u00f6terskor eller v\u00e5rdbitr\u00e4den f\u00e5r mer pengar p\u00e5 kontot f\u00f6r att nya grannen k\u00f6pt dyrt.\u201d<br \/>\nDet finns ingen anledning att inv\u00e4nda mot den slutsatsen tycker vi.
