I Stockholms innerstad var snittpriset i januari 114 000 kronor per kvadratmeter, motsvarade siffra i centrala G\u00f6teborg var 70 000 kronor per kvadratmeter. Det \u00e4r ett medianv\u00e4rde som vi inte har sett sedan januari 2017, s\u00e4ger Erik.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r inte bara i Stockholm budgivningar varit intensiva. Han pekar p\u00e5 att skillnaden mellan annonserat pris och slutpris den st\u00f6rsta p\u00e5 fem \u00e5r.<br \/>\n\u2013 Den st\u00f6rsta efterfr\u00e5gan \u00e4r tillbaka till centrala l\u00e4gen med bostadsr\u00e4tter s\u00e5 som var normalt f\u00f6re pandemin, s\u00e4ger Erik Holmberg.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Enligt Svensk M\u00e4klarstatistik har villapriserna \u00f6kat i januari 20221 med i snitt 1 procent. I \u00e5rstakt har storst\u00e4dernas villapriser stigit med 12 procent. De lyfter framf\u00f6rallt stora pris\u00f6kningar p\u00e5 fritidshus.
