Halland sticker ut med flest elcykelst\u00f6lder per inv\u00e5nare. I Halland \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 h\u00f6gst <em>andel<\/em> av alla stulna cyklar eldrivna (37 procent). Men sak \u00e4r gemensam:<br \/>\n\u2013 April och maj \u00e4r den tid p\u00e5 \u00e5ret d\u00e5 cykelst\u00f6lderna tar fart.
