Det \u00e4r en minskning med 55 procent j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med samma period 2022.<\/p>\n<div class=\"xhtmlText\">\n<p>Av de nya l\u00e4genheterna finns cirka 15 950 i flerbostadshus, vilket \u00e4r 56 procent f\u00e4rre j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med motsvarande period 2022. Sju av tio av dessa l\u00e4genheter \u00e4r hyresr\u00e4tter.<br \/>\nI <a class=\"termsLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scb.se\/Ordlista\/GetTermsJson\/?ord=sm%c3%a5hus\">sm\u00e5hus<\/a>\u00a0p\u00e5b\u00f6rjades cirka 5 000 l\u00e4genheter under perioden vilket \u00e4r en minskning p\u00e5 50
