Det visar den senaste m\u00e5nadens <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maklarstatistik.se\/pressmeddelanden\/priserna-pa-bostadsratter-uppat-medan-de-var-oforandrade-pa-villor-i-mars\/\">m\u00e4tning fr\u00e5n Svensk M\u00e4klarstatistik<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 M\u00e5nadens utveckling visar en stabil men f\u00f6rsiktig marknad. Trots sm\u00e5 prisr\u00f6relser \u00e4r aktiviteten h\u00f6g och m\u00e5nga aff\u00e4rer genomf\u00f6rs. Men i en orolig omv\u00e4rld blir det allt viktigare f\u00f6r hush\u00e5llen att fatta l\u00e5ngsiktiga och trygga beslut om sitt boende, s\u00e4ger <strong>Oskar \u00d6holm<\/strong>, vd M\u00e4klarsamfundet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bostadsr\u00e4tter: <\/strong>Under mars \u00f6kade priserna i Storstockholm med +1,5%, i Storg\u00f6teborg med +1% och knappt +1% i Stormalm\u00f6. \u00c4ven i de centrala delarna \u00f6kade priserna. Antalet s\u00e5lda villor \u00f6kar mest, 12.800 f\u00f6rsta kvartalet som \u00e4r en \u00f6kning med +17% fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret.
