Det visar ny statistik fr\u00e5n <strong data-start=\"652\" data-end=\"659\">SCB<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"662\" data-end=\"954\">Att bo ensam \u00e4r dyrt \u2013 och dyrast \u00e4r det f\u00f6r dig som hyr din bostad. Enligt SCB:s senaste genomg\u00e5ng av hush\u00e5llens boendeutgifter har ensamst\u00e5ende i hyresr\u00e4tt en medianutgift p\u00e5 <strong data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"856\">81\u202f000 kronor<\/strong> per \u00e5r. Det \u00e4r mer \u00e4n b\u00e5de bostadsr\u00e4ttsinnehavare (<strong data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"921\">77\u202f000 kr<\/strong>) och villa\u00e4gare (<strong data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"952\">76\u202f000 kr<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"1184\">\u2013 Ensamboende i hyresr\u00e4tt har h\u00f6gre utgifter eftersom de inte kan dela kostnaden med n\u00e5gon annan, s\u00e4ger <strong data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1078\">Marcus Vingren<\/strong> vid <strong data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1090\">SCB<\/strong> i ett <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scb.se\/pressmeddelande\/dyrast-att-bo-ensam-i-hyresratt\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1183\">pressmeddelande<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1229\"><strong>Boendekostnader \u00f6kar kraftigt f\u00f6r \u00e4gare: <\/strong>F\u00f6r hush\u00e5ll som \u00e4ger sitt boende har kostnaderna \u00f6kat allra mest de senaste \u00e5ren. Mellan 2021 och 2024 steg medianutgifterna f\u00f6r \u00e4gander\u00e4tt med hela <strong data-start=\"1380\" data-end=\"1388\">34\u202f%<\/strong> \u2014 fr\u00e5n <strong data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1409\">86\u202f000 kr<\/strong> till <strong data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1429\">115\u202f000 kr<\/strong> per \u00e5r.
