N\u00e4r m\u00f6jligheten till till\u00e4ggsl\u00e5n stramas \u00e5t blir det betydligt sv\u00e5rare f\u00f6r en f\u00f6r\u00e4lder att k\u00f6pa ut den andra och bo kvar i huset efter en separation.<br \/>\nBakgrunden \u00e4r att reglerna f\u00f6r till\u00e4ggsl\u00e5n \u00e4ndras samtidigt som bol\u00e5netaket h\u00f6js vid k\u00f6p av ny bostad. I dag g\u00e5r det att ta till\u00e4ggsl\u00e5n upp till 85 procent av marknadsv\u00e4rdet. Fr\u00e5n den 1 april s\u00e4nks gr\u00e4nsen till 80 procent av det amorteringsgrundande v\u00e4rdet, allts\u00e5 v\u00e4rdet vid k\u00f6pet eller senaste omv\u00e4rderingen.<\/p>\n<p>Det g\u00f6r stor skillnad vid en separation. Enligt <a href=\"https:\/\/via.tt.se\/pressmeddelande\/4276922\/nya-bolaneregler-gor-att-fler-barn-behover-flytta-vid-separation?publisherId=3236046&amp;lang=sv\">ber\u00e4kningar fr\u00e5n SBAB<\/a> kr\u00e4vs det i snitt 655\u00a0862 kronor f\u00f6r att k\u00f6pa ut en partner fr\u00e5n en genomsnittlig villa i de st\u00f6rsta st\u00e4derna i landets 21 regioner, om separationen sker fyra \u00e5r efter k\u00f6pet. Med dagens regler g\u00e5r det i snitt att finansiera 827\u00a0143 kronor med till\u00e4ggsl\u00e5n. Med de nya reglerna sjunker den m\u00f6jligheten till 70\u00a0104 kronor.<br \/>\nDet betyder i praktiken att ett utk\u00f6p som i dag ofta g\u00e5r att l\u00f6sa med bol\u00e5net i framtiden i m\u00e5nga fall blir betydligt sv\u00e5rare att f\u00e5 ihop. F\u00f6r familjer utan st\u00f6rre sparande kan alternativet bli att s\u00e4lja bostaden, eller att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka l\u00f6sa situationen med betydligt dyrare l\u00e5n utan s\u00e4kerhet.<\/p>\n<p>Skillnaderna \u00f6ver landet \u00e4r samtidigt stora. I Stockholm kr\u00e4vs n\u00e4stan 1,5 miljoner kronor f\u00f6r att k\u00f6pa ut en partner enligt ber\u00e4kningen. I G\u00f6teborg \u00e4r summan drygt 1,1 miljoner och i Malm\u00f6 knappt 980\u00a0000 kronor. I Borl\u00e4nge ligger motsvarande belopp p\u00e5 405\u00a0375 kronor.<\/p>\n<h2>Tabell 1.
